We looking one candidates for "Manager-International Sales/Export" position with one of our client into Food Industry
Incumbent Should have sound good exposure into B2C channel ,handling international distributors in process Food/Beverages products category
Required Skill Set:
1.Managing and developing the business in the assigned existing international markets
Strategy for new market development through right products identification and distribution channel with proper positioning of brand in the new markets along with the spends budget
2.To understand and implement the legal requirements like registrations and labelling etc. 3.Establishes and maintains relationships with government authorities and responsible for compliance with regulatory requirements for various countries
4.To track and analyze the sales strategies of the competitors regularly and proactively take critical decisions to retain the brand, mind and market share.
5.Monitoring rotation of order schedule through S&OP and timely dispatches of orders. 6.Analyzing MIS, Studying distributor's stock reports and performance of distributor's sales team.
7.Tracking, analyzing and monitoring of spends vs the budget
8.Collaborating with the various stakeholders like supply chain, production team, outsourcing partners. logistic team, govt institutions etc.
9.To manage the receivables and analyzing the risk in co-ordination with Finance team
