Manager - International Sales - FMCD

- We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to drive our international sales growth in the FMCD & Packaging industry.

- The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with international clients, and expanding our global footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new international markets and expand existing client relationships.

- Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and negotiate deals.

- Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and stay updated on competitor activities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, production, and customer service, to ensure seamless export operations.

- Create and manage marketing campaigns to promote our packaging products in international markets.

- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's revenue growth.

Requirements:

- MBA/PGDM from a reputed institution, preferably with a specialization in Marketing or International Business.

- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the industry.

- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, tariffs, and logistics.
