Job Title: International Sales Manager - Aromatic / Chemical

Experience: 2-8 Years

Location: Valsad, Gujarat / Mumbai

Role Summary:

The International Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing export sales for aromatic and chemical products, with a strong focus on Para Cresol (p-Cresol) and Manganese Sulphate. The role involves developing international markets, managing overseas customer relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of export operations in compliance with global trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage international sales and export business for aromatic and chemical products

- Drive global sales and marketing of Para Cresol (p-Cresol) and Manganese Sulphate

- Develop and strengthen relationships with overseas customers and distributors

- Identify new export markets and expand the global customer base

- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with international clients

- Prepare and manage export documentation including LC, DP/DA, invoicing, and shipping

- Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams for timely order fulfillment

- Monitor international market trends, competition, and customer requirements

- Ensure adherence to export regulations, Incoterms, and company compliance policies

- Achievement of international sales and export revenue targets

- Growth in global customer base and repeat export business

- Successful expansion into new international markets

- Accuracy and timeliness of export documentation and order execution

- Margin optimization through effective pricing and contract negotiation

Required Skillsets:

- Strong experience in international sales and export business

- Knowledge of aromatic, specialty chemical, or industrial chemical markets

- Exposure to Para Cresol (p-Cresol) and/or Manganese Sulphate

- Thorough understanding of export procedures, Incoterms, and global trade practices

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to analyze global market trends and competitive dynamics

Educational Qualifications

- Degree in Chemical Engineering or Science graduation

- MBA in Sales, Marketing, or International Business preferred
