Manager - International Sales and Sourcing

Location: China / Thailand / Singapore

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Manager - International Sales and Sourcing with minimum 5 years of proven experience in the tyre industry. The role involves identifying and creating the network of reliable suppliers across China/Thailand, managing the relationship and leveraging the same to drive sales growth across ASEAN countries.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing:

- Identify and develop new sourcing and manufacturing partners for tyres in the global market. Exposure to manufacturing ecosystems in China, Vietnam, and Thailand will be highly desirable.

- Drive techno-commercial evaluation of tyre manufacturing companies and suppliers.

- Leverage industry network and market intelligence to identify cost-effective sourcing opportunities.

- Evaluate manufacturing capabilities, production quality, and technical compliance of vendors.

- Handle commercial discussions, costing analysis, pricing negotiations, and supplier finalization.

Sales:

- Acquire the right channel partners to drive the sales of tyres.

- Identify and acquire new business opportunities in assigned territory.

- Manage and strengthen existing distributor and dealer relationships.

- Handle pricing, quotations, negotiations, and order finalization.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategy.

Requirements:

- Techno-commercial sourcing in tyre manufacturing.

- Vendor development and supplier management.

- Costing and commercial negotiations.

- Strong knowledge of tyre market, brands, and product categories.

- Proven experience in B2B sales and dealer management.

- Strong target orientation and business development mindset.
