Manager - International Sales & Sourcing - Tyres

Manager - International Sales and Sourcing:

We are seeking an experienced Manager - International Sales and Sourcing with minimum 5 years of proven experience in the tyre industry. The role involves identifying and creating the network of reliable suppliers, managing the relationship, and leveraging the same to drive sales growth across ASEAN countries.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing:

- Identify and develop new sourcing and manufacturing partners for tyres in the global market.

- Drive techno-commercial evaluation of tyre manufacturing companies and suppliers.

- Leverage industry network and market intelligence to identify cost-effective sourcing opportunities.

- Evaluate manufacturing capabilities, production quality, and technical compliance of vendors.

- Handle discussions, costing analysis, pricing negotiations, and supplier finalization.

Sales:

- Acquire the right channel partners to drive the sales of Dunlop/Donin tyres.

- Identify and acquire new business opportunities in assigned territory.

- Manage and strengthen existing distributor and dealer relationships.

- Handle pricing, quotations, negotiations, and order finalization.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategy.

Requirements:

- Techno-commercial sourcing in tyre manufacturing.

- Vendor development and supplier management.

- Costing and commercial negotiations.

- Strong knowledge of tyre market, brands, and product categories.

- Proven experience in B2B sales and dealer management.

- Strong target orientation and business development mindset.
