Manager - International Sales

Job Description :

Manager - International Sales to drive business expansion across global markets for our Power Transmission business. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in international business development, export sales, and key account management within the power transmission, EPC, or electrical equipment industry.

The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing strategic customer relationships, handling international tenders, and achieving sales growth across regions such as APAC, Middle East, Africa, Europe, and other emerging markets.

Responsibilities :

- Drive international sales and business development for Power Transmission products and EPC solutions.

- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve annual revenue and order booking targets.

- Identify new customers, distributors, EPC contractors, utilities, consultants, and channel partners.

- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.

- Handle international RFQs, tenders, and commercial negotiations.

- Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with engineering and proposal teams.

- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, contracts, payment conditions, and delivery schedules.

- Build long-term relationships with key customers and strategic partners.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging business opportunities.

Education :

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.

- MBA in International Business, Marketing, or Sales will be preferred.

Experience :

- 8-15 years of experience in International Sales, Export Sales, or Global Business Development.

- Experience in the Power Transmission, Power Distribution, EPC, Electrical Equipment, Renewable Energy, or Infrastructure sector is mandatory.

- Proven experience in handling overseas customers and international markets
