Our Client is a leading Real Estate Developer in the Delhi / NCR Region and part of a large Conglomerate.

Position Title: Manager - International Real Estate Sales (Residential & Commercial)

Experience: 5-10 years

CTC: 20 - 25 LPA

Location: Noida (With Extensive International Travel)

Reports to: Head Sales & Marketing

Internal Stakeholders: Marketing, Finance, Legal, CRM, Projects, IT, Human Capital, Liaison team

External Stakeholders: Channel Partners (IPCs, Brokers), Wealth Managers, NRI Networks, International Property Consultants, Customers, Event Organizers

Job Summary

Responsible for driving sales for the company's residential and commercial projects across international NRI markets, including the USA, Europe, Singapore, the UAE, Dubai, Hong Kong, and other key hubs. The role entails expanding the company's global footprint, nurturing long-term relationships with NRI investors, channel partners, and institutional clients, while positioning the brand as a preferred choice for luxury real estate among international audiences.

Core Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Generation:

- Achieve targeted sales volumes through NRI channels, direct clients, events, and exhibitions in key international markets.

- Identify and onboard international channel partners and wealth managers to expand sales reach.

- Convert qualified NRI leads into closures through relationship-based engagement and effective follow-ups.

Market Development & Strategy:

- Conduct market research to understand NRI investment trends, competitor activity, and buyer behavior in target countries.

- Develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns tailored for international markets, in line with business plans.

- Evaluate new countries, communities, and customer segments for potential expansion.

Relationship Management:

- Build and sustain strong relationships with NRIs, UHNWIs, IPCs, and wealth advisors.

- Engage with key customers through personalized communication, events, and periodic updates on new launches or construction progress.

- Partner with Marketing Communications to curate region-specific campaigns and digital outreach.

Brand & Event Management

- Represent the company at property expos, roadshows, and private investor meets internationally.

- Collaborate with marketing to ensure consistent brand messaging and collaterals suited for global audiences.

- Work closely with creative agencies and service providers to drive visibility among NRI and expatriate networks.

Operational & Financial Coordination

- Coordinate with Finance and Legal teams to ensure smooth transaction processing for international customers.

- Interface with banks and financial institutions to facilitate NRI-friendly financing solutions.

- Track and report performance metrics, including leads, conversions, and ROI from international campaigns.

Self and People Development Responsibilities

- Define clear performance goals and track progress against set targets.

- Mentor junior team members (if applicable) and facilitate learning through exposure to international sales practices.

- Stay abreast of global real estate trends, NRI investment policies, and changing regulations around foreign property ownership.

- Participate in professional networks and industry forums to enhance the company's visibility and own domain knowledge.

Experience and Educational Qualification:

Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in luxury real estate sales, wealth management, or investment advisory, with strong exposure to NRI clientele.

- Proven track record in handling international sales across markets like the Middle East, Singapore, Hong Kong, the USA, UK, and other global NRI hubs.

- Experience in building and managing channel partner networks internationally.

- Exposure to luxury brand positioning and high-value transactions preferred.

Education:

Preferred MBA/PGDBM with specialization in Sales & Marketing from a reputed institution.

Skills and Knowledge

- Strong business development and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build trust-based relationships with high-net-worth clients and intermediaries.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills suited for international audiences.

- Strategic thinking and ability to customize sales pitches for diverse cultural contexts.

- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with frequent international travel.

- Tech-savvy with exposure to CRM systems, virtual client engagement tools, and digital sales platforms.

Financial & Business Acumen

- Understand financial models, payment plans, and NRI investment mechanisms.

- Collaborate with finance teams to structure attractive investment propositions and cross-border payment processes.

- Monitor revenue performance, control expenses, and ensure profitability in assigned geographies.
