Job role : Manager - International Marketing
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead international sales efforts for our Food Additives division across key global markets. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in international B2B sales, especially within the FMCG or processed food sector, and a proven track record in business development, customer management, and product promotion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and marketing across the Middle East, Russia, Asia-Pacific, and Australia.
- Lead new customer acquisition in Rest of the World (RoW) markets, managing the complete sales cycle from first contact to revenue realization.
- Understand and proactively address customer product requirements; propose tailored supply solutions to strengthen long-term partnerships.
- Coordinate and participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer visits, ensuring strong brand representation and lead generation.
- Monitor customer buying patterns and track competitor activities to develop robust regional sales strategies.
- Identify and launch new product categories, particularly spices, across RoW markets to expand market share and product reach.
Candidate Profile:
Education: Regular MBA (Marketing or International Business preferred).
Experience: Minimum 8 years of managerial experience in FMCG or Food Processing industry, with a focus on international markets.
Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of international B2B business models, especially in processed foods and additives.
Key Traits: Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive attitude, ability to work independently and take ownership.
Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships across diverse cultures
