Role Overview:
Job Title: Senior Manager International Sales
Location: Delhi
Reporting To: Business Head International Sales (Dubai)
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Manager International Sales with strong experience in frozen foods such as French fries, aloo tikki, etc. The candidate must have proven experience managing international markets including the Middle East, Far east, Taiwan, Singapore, etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and business development in assigned international markets
- Manage and expand distributor/importer network
- Develop market expansion strategies and achieve revenue targets
- Handle pricing negotiations and commercial agreements
- Coordinate with supply chain and operations for timely execution of export orders
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Develop and execute strategic plans for international sales of frozen food products, targeting specific regions and customer segments to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Identify and evaluate potential new markets and distribution channels, conducting thorough market research and competitor analysis to inform market entry strategies.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing international distributors and clients, providing ongoing support, training, and promotional materials to maximize sales performance.
- Oversee all aspects of the export process, including documentation, customs clearance, and logistics, ensuring compliance with international regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including production, quality control, and marketing, to ensure timely and efficient delivery of high-quality products to international markets.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and market expansion, providing regular reports to senior management.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful international sales strategies, driving revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Proven expertise in managing export operations, including documentation, customs regulations, and logistics, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with international clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and identify opportunities for business development.
- Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in international sales, specifically within the food industry, with a focus on frozen foods preferred.
- Adaptable to working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
