Position: International Business development Manager

European & US Market experience must with Medical Communications background.

Location: Bangalore

We are predominantly looking for the International Business Development Manager for Medical communication with Life sciences background only; you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities both domestically and internationally.

This is a senior leadership role, requiring a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in international business development.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Minimum of 7 to10 years of experience in international business development European or US market experience must with Medical Communications or life sciences background.

- Proven track record of successfully closing large deals and driving business growth

- Strong understanding of global markets, industry trends, and regulatory frameworks

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment

- Willingness to travel internationally as required

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Identify and evaluate potential markets and business opportunities both domestically and internationally

- Develop and implement effective strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company's international presence

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders

- Lead negotiations and discussions with potential clients and business partners

- Stay updated with global market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes that may impact international business

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions for clients

- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients

- Monitor and analyze performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
