
A valued client of Innoquest Consulting, a leading global insurance and risk management consulting firm is looking for a Internal Communication Manager with experience in Internal Communication Strategy, Corporate communication, Employee engagement and Team handling.
Key Responsibilities
1. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with teams across human resources, marketing, product, and leadership to conceptualize and deliver impactful communication initiatives.
2. Develop and Execute Strategic Internal Communications
- Design and implement a cohesive internal and executive communications strategy that aligns with the company's vision, mission, culture, and market positioning.
- Foster employee engagement and brand alignment through effective communication campaigns.
3. Manage Internal Communication Channels
- Oversee the company's editorial calendar to ensure consistent communication.
- Support the development, optimization, and maintenance of the company's intranet and other communication platforms.
4. Create Engaging Communication Materials
- Author and produce a variety of communication materials, such as presentations, announcements, newsletters, blog posts, and other written or multimedia content.
- Ensure consistent messaging across diverse communication channels.
5. Facilitate Leadership & Company Engagement Activities
- Organize and coordinate employee engagement initiatives, company-wide meetings, workshops, and surveys to improve internal communication and build a connected workplace.
6. Stay Ahead in Communication Technology
- Keep abreast of evolving communication tools, technology, and digital platforms, and adopt innovative solutions to enhance internal communication efficacy.
7. Corporate Emergency Response Communication
- Develop and implement crisis communication plans.
- Provide timely updates and clear instructions to employees during challenging or critical situations.
8. Measure Success and Impact
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks for internal communications.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and generate insights to drive continuous improvement.

Skills and Competencies
- Experience: 13+ years of professional experience in corporate communications, with demonstrated success in managing internal communication strategies and channels in hybrid work environments.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Channel Management Expertise: Proven ability to manage internal communication platforms, including corporate intranets and internal social media channels.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint, and familiarity with creating and publishing written and audiovisual content.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to lead projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Hybrid Communication Practices: In-depth understanding of communication methodologies tailored for hybrid workplace models.
