Key Responsibilities
1. Communication Campaigns
- Lead the planning and execution of internal communication campaigns using Salesforce or other communication tools.
- Ensure messaging is timely, aligned with company goals, and effectively reaches all employees.
2. Intranet & Content Management
- Oversee and update global intranet content to align with communication priorities.
- Maintain accuracy, relevance, and consistency across all internal communication platforms.
3. Change Management
- Lead and support change management initiatives, including developing communication strategies and plans.
- Ensure smooth, transparent, and effective communication during organizational changes.
4. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand communication needs and secure approvals.
- Ensure consistent messaging across departments.
5. Project Management
- Manage multiple communication projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines.
6. Content Development
- Create and edit engaging internal communication materials such as emails, newsletters, presentations, and town hall content.
- Maintain a high standard of clarity, tone, and accuracy.
7. Data & Insights
- Generate and analyze campaign statistics to assess effectiveness.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
8. Vendor & Agency Management
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality deliverables.
9. Team Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with team members to ensure cohesive communication efforts.
- Train, mentor, and support junior team members in their tasks.
10. Surveys & Feedback
- Design and run employee surveys to gather feedback on communication initiatives.
- Analyze insights and recommend improvements for future communications.
Requirements
- Strong internal communication and change management experience.
- Excellent writing, editing, and content development skills.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience with communication tools such as Salesforce (preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and quality.
- Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
