Assistant Manager Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)

Location: Gurgaon (5 Days Working, In-Office)

Experience: 49 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 60 Days

Qualification: CA Qualified is Mandatory

We're looking for a sharp and driven Assistant Manager GRC to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in internal controls, risk management, IFC testing, and audit reviews with a strong command of Ind AS and IFRS.

This is a core internal audit & compliance roleno statutory audit or US GAAP experience required.

What Youll Do:

- Plan and execute financial, operational, and compliance reviews

- Assess risk and control effectiveness across processes

- Conduct process walkthroughs and design internal controls

- Lead IFC testing, control validations, and audit reporting

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external IA partners

- Support the implementation of tools to enhance the control environment

- Travel up to 2030% (Tier-1 & Tier-2 cities)

Must-Haves:

- CA qualified

- Strong knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, and internal controls

- Experience in internal audit/GRC functions (not statutory audit)

- Comfortable with fast-paced environments and multiple priorities

- Working knowledge of SAP or other ERPs is a plus
