Experience - 58 years of relevant experience in internal audit of NBFCs, fintechs, or audit firms handing internal audit of NBFCs Reporting To: CFO

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and execute a risk-based internal audit plan covering all business units, processes, products, and outsourced activities.

- Conduct audits of lending operations, customer onboarding, collections, treasury, ALM, IT systems and outsourcing partners.

- Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls and identify control gaps.

- Review compliance with RBI Master Directions for NBFCs, KYC/AML guidelines, Fair Practices Code, and other applicable regulations.

- Review adherence to Board-approved policies and SOPs.

- Assess the effectiveness of the risk management framework, including credit risk, operational risk, liquidity risk, and fraud risk.

- Present and report the audit findings to senior management.

- Recommend process improvements and control enhancements.
