Manager - Internal Audit - TMT

Job Description :

We are looking for a dynamic Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong internal audit experience to join our team as Manager - Internal Audit. The role will focus on auditing operations, compliance, and risk management across the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) sector. The candidate will play a key role in strengthening governance frameworks and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and execute risk-based internal audits across business units in the TMT domain.

- Evaluate internal controls, compliance processes, and operational efficiency.

- Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement; recommend corrective actions.

- Prepare and present audit reports to senior management and the Audit Committee.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely implementation of audit recommendations.

- Stay updated on industry regulations, emerging risks, and best practices in TMT.

- Mentor and guide junior auditors, ensuring quality and consistency in audit delivery.

Qualifications :

- Chartered Accountant (CA) - mandatory.

- 4-10 years of internal audit experience, with exposure to TMT or related industries.

- Strong understanding of risk management, compliance, and corporate governance.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple audits/projects independently.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in technology-driven audit environments (ERP, analytics tools).

- Exposure to SOX, ITGC, and regulatory frameworks relevant to TMT.

- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
