Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Internal Audit Manager to join our Internal Audit team, with a dedicated focus on Private Markets (Private Credit, Private Equity, Real Estate).

This role will play a key part in strengthening governance, assessing operational and financial risks, and providing valuable recommendations to improve business processes.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Plan and lead internal audits and special projects focused on Private Market investment functions

- Partner with senior business leaders and co-sourced audit teams

- Analyze risk, controls, data, and regulatory requirements

- Participate in board-level reporting and interact with external auditors or regulators

- Mentor junior team members and contribute to global audit process improvement initiatives

What Were Looking For:

- 8 to 15 years of audit experience, with at least 4+ years in a leadership role

- Strong knowledge of Private Markets Private Credit, Private Equity, or Real Estate

- Background in a top-tier audit firm is preferred

- Professional certifications like CPA, CIA, CA, CISA (mandatory)

- Strong data analysis/reporting skills (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with senior management
