Job Desription:

- We are looking for an experienced Internal Audit Manager with strong exposure to core internal audit within non-financial services sectors.

- The role involves planning, executing, and managing internal audit assignments across multiple business functions, ensuring robust internal controls, risk management, and compliance frameworks.

- The incumbent will be responsible for conducting end-to-end internal audits, including process walkthroughs, risk assessments, control testing, and audit reporting.

- The role requires hands-on knowledge of key business processes such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (OTC), Hire-to-Retire (H2R), and other operational and financial cycles.

- The candidate will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify control gaps, recommend practical process improvements, and track implementation of audit observations.

- The ideal candidate should have prior industry internal audit experience, consulting experience, or a combination of both, with exposure to sectors such as Manufacturing, Hospitality, Services, IT, Education, Pharma, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or other non-financial services industries.

- Strong analytical skills, stakeholder management ability, and experience in preparing audit reports for senior management are essential.

- Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant post-qualification experience in Internal Audit within the mentioned sectors.

- Qualification: CA (preferred) or MBA (Finance).

- Travel: Willingness to travel 60-80%, both domestically and internationally.
