We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Manager - Internal Audit to support the planning, execution, and reporting of internal audits across the organization. The role requires strong audit skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to evaluate risks and controls. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in internal audits, preferably in manufacturing, sales, or FMCG environments, and will play a key role in strengthening the organization's risk management and governance framework.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist in planning and executing risk-based internal audit engagements across functions and processes.

- Perform process walkthroughs, test controls, and assess compliance with policies, regulations, and guidelines.

- Identify control gaps, recommend improvements, and support implementation tracking.

- Prepare clear and concise audit reports highlighting key findings and actionable insights.

- Support Senior Manager in developing the annual audit plan and risk assessment.

- Collaborate with process owners to drive audit recommendations and continuous improvements.

- Contribute to data-driven audit techniques and use of analytics for testing and monitoring.

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCY:

- Strong knowledge of internal controls, audit methodologies, and risk management frameworks.

- Ability to assess business processes in manufacturing, sales, supply chain, and finance.

- Exposure to compliance and regulatory requirements.

- Understanding of financial reporting processes, budgeting, and cash/working capital controls.

- Basic knowledge of tax and treasury controls will be an added advantage.

BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCY:

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams while maintaining independence and objectivity.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

- Clear communication and report-writing abilities with a focus on simplifying complex issues.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within deadlines.

- Curiosity to learn and adopt best practices in auditing and governance.
