Position: Internal Control

Designation: Manager Internal Audit / Control

Function: Internal Audit / Control

Department: Finance

Reporting To: CFO

Location: Pune, Mundva

Qualification: CA or ICWA with internal audit experience. CISA or CIA is an added advantage.

Experience: 5 to 10 years of internal audit experience in a manufacturing company.

Requirement: SAP experience is mandatory.

Job Purpose: Internal Audit

Responsibilities:

- Internal Audit including yearly audit planning, execution of audits, evaluating risks, controls, compliance and identifying cost reduction opportunities, preparing audit reports, conducting audit closing meetings, follow-up audits and maintaining audit trackers.

- Statutory Compliance including review and ensuring complete compliance.

- Pre-audit review of Purchase Orders.

- Periodic review of existing policies and updating based on statutory or business changes.

- Development of new policies and processes as per business requirements.

- Preparation of special reports on financial management, asset management, reporting systems and MIS as required by management.

Skills Required: Ability to travel up to 15 days per month, strong communication skills, knowledge of industry best practices and control frameworks, multitasking ability, proficiency in Excel and PPT, SAP knowledge, leadership and people management skills and familiarity with advanced audit tools.
