Responsibilities:
- Understand current or as is process, assess controls and identify gaps in Fixed Asset Management process.
- Reviewing clients existing processes/ framework and help them in setting up a revamped & comprehensive environment.
- Exhibits understanding of business processes - risks and controls & application of relevant methodologies to be used
- Design Material Master framework and principles of Bill of Quantity to attain Material Master Rationalization.
- Construct category master, Item master and Location master.
- Identify anomalies of FAR and areas of improvement, to enable completeness and accuracy in FAR.
- Suggest improvement in processes as per best industry practices.
- Understand business & industry issues / trends. Identify areas requiring improvement in the client's business processes to enable preparation of recommendations.
- Contribute to business development activities of the team
- Contribute to project planning and ensuring that products/deliverables meet project requirement and work plan
- Ensure compliance with engagement plans and internal quality & risk management procedures.
