We're Hiring: Manager - Internal Audit

Location: Mumbai or Gurgaon

CTC is 20 LPA for Manager role (Can be offered higher based on exposure, profile and further evaluation)

Experience: 6.5 to 8 Yrs

Qualification: Any Qualification and from any Industry

We're looking for an experienced Internal Audit professional to join our in-house IA function. This is a non-client-facing role focused on driving strong governance, risk management, and tech-enabled audit initiatives within the organization.

What You'll Do:

Lead and support:

- IT, IT Security & Cyber security Audits

- Operational & Compliance Audits

- Internal tech & transformation initiatives

What We're Looking For:

- 7 to 8 years of total experience (min. 5 years in Internal Audit)

- Experience in IT Risk Advisory / Assurance

- Tech audit or consulting experience

- Strong leadership, analytical & project management abilities

- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
