Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-channel planning and activation processes for assigned accounts.
- Collaborate closely with media strategy, social, search, omnichannel, and content teams throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Manage and maintain media plans in the planning platform, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
- Ensure campaigns are executed correctly and efficiently with strong attention to quality control.
- Troubleshoot campaign issues and coordinate with partners to resolve them.
- Ensure all vendors and tactics used are GDPR compliant and follow internal and client-specific processes.
- Work with media strategy teams to translate plans into activation inputs and support optimization throughout campaigns.
- Stay involved in all campaign stagesfrom planning to execution to measurement.
- Lead budget pacing and monthly actualization for assigned accounts.
- Participate in projects related to improving media buying and activation processes.
- Anticipate challenges and provide effective solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners and senior client stakeholders.
- Identify and propose innovative cross-channel activation strategies.
- Delegate tasks effectively and manage workflow across team members.
- Ensure best practices in processes and activation are followed across all accounts.
Experience:
- 3 - 6 years of experience in media planning, digital marketing, or integrated campaign management.
- Experience working with cross-channel media such as display, social, search, video, and programmatic.
- Agency-side experience preferred
