A high-growth fintech SaaS platform backed by leading global investors is looking to hire a Manager / Senior Manager - Insurance Partnerships to drive strategic relationships with insurance companies.
The organization provides a technology platform used by banks, NBFCs and digital lenders to streamline collections, recovery workflows and legal processes through automation and data intelligence. As the company expands its footprint within the insurance ecosystem, this role will focus on building and managing strategic partnerships with insurance companies to drive platform adoption and business growth.
Role Overview:
The Insurance Partnerships Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with insurance companies, identifying partnership opportunities and driving commercial engagements that enable long-term growth in the insurance segment.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Build and manage strategic partnerships with life, health and general insurance companies
2) Develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders including CXOs, Risk Heads, Claims Heads and Compliance leaders
3) Identify partnership opportunities that enable insurance companies to improve collections, recovery and operational efficiency
4) Lead commercial discussions and negotiations with partner insurance organizations
5) Work closely with product, solutioning and leadership teams to design partnership models aligned with insurer requirements
6) Manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle including onboarding, engagement and account growth
7) Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell within partner organizations
Candidate Profile:
1) 6-10 years of experience in partnerships, enterprise sales or business development within the insurance ecosystem
2) Prior experience working with or managing relationships with insurance companies
3) Understanding of insurance operations such as claims, risk, compliance or collections is preferred
4) Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
5) Experience building strategic alliances or partnerships in a B2B technology, fintech or insurtech environment
6) MBA from a reputed institute preferred
