Responsibilities:-
- Identify, develop and manage sales opportunities within PSUs across sectors such as Energy, Infrastructure, Oil and Gas, Banking, etc.
- Understand the requirements of the prospect and offer solutions pertaining to Employee Engagement, Channel Partner Loyalty, Consumer Loyalty, Reward & Recognition, Communication and Employee Experience.
- Own and manage the end-to-end RFP, RFQ and e-tendering process - from opportunity scanning to submission, pricing strategy, documentation and negotiation.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of PSU clients through strategic outreach and relationship building.
- Stay updated on government policy shifts, industry trends, and procurement rules impacting sales to PSUs.
- Collaborate closely with product, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Drive revenue growth by meeting the sales targets.
- Build, nurture and strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients.
Requirements:
- Experience in handling Large Private and Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs)
- Demonstrated ability to close large-value deals in public sector organizations.
- Strong network and connections within PSUs, Ministries and Public Enterprises.
- Self-driven, target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills
- Can do attitude
