- The Inside Sales Manager - Cloud Sales will be responsible for leading a team to generate new business opportunities, managing and expanding existing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the cloud services domain.
- The candidate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction, while driving strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage an inside sales team focused on cloud solutions, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to achieve and exceed sales quotas.

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the cloud services sector.

- Drive the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a consistent and robust pipeline.

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations, understanding their business needs and positioning our cloud solutions to address their challenges.

- Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and technical teams to develop compelling sales proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our cloud offerings.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.

- Accurately track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools, providing regular updates to senior management.

- Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with customer success and support teams to facilitate smooth onboarding, implementation, and ongoing service delivery.

- Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network, generate leads, and promote our cloud solutions.

Qualifications & Expectations:

- MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- At least 3 years of experience in Inside Sales Management, preferably in IT services with a focus on Data, Application, and Business solutions.
