Description:

Experience: 3 to 4 Years (Managerial).

Location: Bangalore.

Department: Inside Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of Inside Sales Executives.

- Drive lead generation, outbound calling, and qualification of prospects.

- Build scripts, call guides, and outreach frameworks for the team.

- Train, monitor, and coach team members to achieve targets.

- Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.

- Collaborate with Marketing and Field Sales to ensure smooth lead handover.

- Improve and optimize inside sales processes for higher conversions.

- Prepare performance reports for management review.

Required Skills:

- Strong leadership and people-management skills.

- Proven ability to manage a sales team and deliver consistent results.

- Excellent communication and CRM proficiency.

- Strong understanding of B2B and SaaS sales cycles.

- High ownership, discipline, and process-driven mindset.

Qualifications:

- 3 to 4 years of experience in Inside Sales with at least 1 to 2 years in a managerial role.
