- Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing inside sales team to achieve revenue goals.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to enhance skills and productivity.
- Motivate the team to maintain high levels of engagement, accountability, and results orientation.
- Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans or corrective actions where necessary.
- End-to-End Sales Management
- Oversee the complete sales cycle, including lead qualification, pipeline management, proposal development, and deal closure.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, effective communication, and a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and generate actionable insights from sales data.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management regarding sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
- Revenue Growth & Market Expansion - Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding revenue within existing accounts.
- Explore new business opportunities and collaborate with the team to generate incremental revenue streams.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to drive repeat business.
- Work closely with marketing to leverage campaigns and initiatives to improve lead conversion and revenue growth.
