Role Overview:

As the Manager - Infrastructure & Security (COE), you will serve as the strategic lead for our enterprise-wide technology backbone, ensuring that our digital environment is both resilient and highly performant. You will bridge the gap between complex infrastructure operations and the end-user experience, collaborating closely with cross-functional engineering teams, global stakeholders, and executive leadership to align technical roadmaps with business objectives. Your work will directly influence the stability, scalability, and security posture of our systems, ultimately driving seamless digital interactions for our customers and fostering a culture of operational excellence within the Center of Excellence (COE) in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and oversee robust infrastructure frameworks that support high-availability services, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance for global business units.

- Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive security protocols to safeguard organizational assets against evolving threats while maintaining compliance with international standards.

- Drive the modernization of legacy systems by integrating cloud-native solutions, thereby enhancing system agility and reducing long-term technical debt.

- Mentor a high-performing team of engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical innovation to meet aggressive project timelines.

- Partner with UX design teams to ensure that infrastructure performance metrics directly correlate with improved user interface responsiveness and overall digital satisfaction.

- Manage vendor relationships and budget allocations to ensure cost-effective procurement of enterprise-grade hardware and security software solutions.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale, hybrid-cloud infrastructure environments with a focus on zero-trust security architectures and automated deployment pipelines.

- Proven ability to translate complex technical security requirements into actionable business strategies for non-technical stakeholders.

- Exceptional leadership capabilities, with a track record of managing diverse teams and navigating cross-departmental dependencies in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment in Chennai.

- Strong analytical mindset to troubleshoot critical system failures and implement proactive monitoring solutions that enhance the end-to-end UX.

- Advanced proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and modern security frameworks, supported by a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical vision to leadership while maintaining a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

- Minimum of 10 to 12 years of professional experience in infrastructure management and cybersecurity roles.
