- We are seeking highly experienced and forward-thinking IT- BP (EMEA) to business partner the technology landscape supporting our EMEA Operations and Oasis Manufacturing plant.

- This role will be responsible for strategic IT planning, Stakeholder Management, Project Management, Training & Change Enablement and Improve Adoption of Himalaya IT Global Applications in the region. The position is based in our Dubai office and reports directly to the General Manager-Applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Management:

- Act as the primary interface between business leaders and India Head Office IT, ensuring clear communication of business requirements and technology initiatives.

Business Process Analysis & Process Improvement:

- Identify current business process improvement and pain points especially the local nuances

- Drive application adoption, ensuring solutions align with both regional business strategy and central IT standards.

Project Management/ Deployment:

- Lead or support IT project deployment related to application upgrades, integrations, and new technology deployments.

- Report progress, key risks, and achievements to Hub management and Central IT.

Training & Change Enablement:

- Train users on new applications and business processes to maximize adoption.

- Sponsor continuous improvement and ensure feedback loops with end users.

Must Have:

- Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.

- MBA or PGDM in Sales/Marketing/IT Management (preferred).

- Strong knowledge of supply chain, manufacturing processes in FMCG and/or Life Sciences industries.

- Hands-on experience with Business partnering and stakeholder management

- Proficiency in SAP, analytics and reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau), and leveraging AI to solve business problems.

- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Experience of working in Matrix structure and Ability to bridge cross-cultural gaps and collaborate with virtual teams.

- Supply chain, Pharma Life Science, FMCG industry experience is a must have requirement for this role.
