- Communicate insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical & Professional Skills:

- Strong understanding of IT systems, data analytics, AI, and machine learning concepts

- Experience implementing enterprise analytics and AI strategies

- Knowledge of data governance, privacy regulations, and ethical AI practices

Leadership & Communication:

- Proven leadership and team management capabilities

Experience & Education:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field

- 8+ years of experience in IT, analytics, or technology leadership roles (experience level can be adjusted)
