Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Information Security Manager to lead enterprise information security governance, cyber risk management, and security operations. The role involves driving security strategy, managing compliance initiatives, strengthening cloud and infrastructure security, and leading a team of security professionals across hybrid environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement enterprise security policies, standards, and governance frameworks.
- Lead risk assessments across infrastructure, applications, cloud, and SaaS environments.
- Manage security monitoring, incident response, vulnerability, and patch management activities.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and other security standards.
- Drive security-by-design practices across enterprise projects and cloud deployments.
- Lead security awareness and training initiatives across the organization.
- Collaborate with IT, compliance, business teams, and external partners on security programs.
- Report security posture, risks, and KPIs to senior management.
- Mentor and lead information security analysts.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Information Security Governance & Risk Management
- Expertise in ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, SANS frameworks
- Hands-on experience with:
- SIEM (Microsoft Sentinel)
- DLP Solutions
- XDR / Defender for Endpoint
- CyberArk / Privileged Access Management
- Vulnerability & Patch Management
- Cloud Security (AWS/Azure)
- Experience with incident response and security operations
- Knowledge of AI, Power Automate, PowerBI, and Office 365 tools is an advantage
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10-15 years of Information Security experience
- Experience leading security teams and enterprise security programs
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor preferred
- Experience in hybrid cloud and enterprise environments
