Roles & Responsibilities:

- Design and execute data-driven influencer marketing strategies to elevate brand visibility and engagement across social platforms.

- Identify and onboard relevant influencers aligned with brand values and campaign goals.

- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns-from planning and content coordination to execution and reporting.

- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools; optimize initiatives to ensure strong ROI.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, sales, and product to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategy.

- Stay updated on evolving influencer trends, digital platforms, and Indian regulatory guidelines.

- Oversee influencer contracts, legal compliance, and budget management for campaigns.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, preferably in high-growth startups or the Indian broking/fintech sector.

- Proven track record of executing successful influencer campaigns in fast-paced environments.

- Strong understanding of key social platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging Indian platforms.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Competence in using influencer management and analytics tools to drive data-informed strategies.

- Creative mindset with a strong grasp of Indian consumer behavior and content trends.

- Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic, startup-style setting.
