
Manager - Influencer Marketing
Description:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the influencer marketing strategy for brand awareness, consideration, and conversions.
- Identify and onboard creators across all tiers.
- Build a structured pipeline of UGC and influencer collaborations.
- Manage relationships, negotiation, contracting, and briefing.
- Coordinate production of influencer content aligned with brand voice, styling, and micro-occasions.
- Work with performance marketing to optimise creator ROAS and cost per content.
- Track and report KPIs: reach, engagement, views, saves, CTR, orders.
- Maintain an organised creator database and campaign tracker.
- Stay updated on social media trends, fashion culture, and emerging creators.
Requirements:
- Experience in influencer/UGC marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram/Shorts/Reels ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple campaigns and creators simultaneously.
- Interest in fashion, styling, and Gen-Z consumer behaviour.
- Startup mindset: fast, flexible, execution-first.
