Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage strong relationships with beauty, skincare, and lifestyle influencersboth micro and macro
- Identify, vet, onboard, and brief influencers for product launches, content series, and seasonal campaigns
- Collaborate with creators to deliver high-performing content across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Ensure timely and quality execution of influencer campaigns that meet engagement, viewership, and conversion goals
- Track performance and optimize campaigns based on engagement rates, saves, shares, views, and ROI
- Work with internal teams (brand, performance marketing, content) to integrate influencer content into broader campaigns
- Stay ahead of creator trends, new platforms, and content formats to keep our brand top of mind
- Build a sustainable influencer pipeline and seeding strategy that combines reach, authenticity, and cost-effectiveness
Who You Are:
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience leading influencer campaigns for premium D2C brands (preferably beauty, wellness, or lifestyle)
- Deep understanding of how to create engaging influencer contentvisually, tonally, and platform-wise
- Strong relationships or prior collaborations with beauty and skincare creators
- Analytical mindset: track performance data, extract insights, and continuously optimize
- Exceptional communication and coordination skillsable to brief and align influencers, videographers, and editors with clarity
