Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic plans for industry partnerships & career services

- Build strong relationships with students, faculty, alumni, and industry leaders

- Drive employer outreach, internships, and corporate live projects

- Maintain employer databases and strengthen industry relations

- Organize events to connect students with industry professionals

- Collaborate with program directors and faculty to align career activities

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Postgraduate degree from a reputed institution

- 7-8+ years of experience in career services / counseling within higher education

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in diverse environments

- Growth mindset, adaptability, and excellent time-management skills
