Manager Indirect Tax & EXIM Employment Type : Full Time, Permanent Work Location : Mehsana (Direct Transport service available from Ahmedabad) Job Description : - The position is required to take care of the Compliance's under Indirect Tax and Export and Import. Handling Import Exemptions and Export Incentives available to the Company. - Providing Support to Business on routine operation queries for its Manufacturing unit at Kadi and Sales Unit at Pune location. Handling Compliance under GST This would include : - Preparing various Returns such as GSTR-1, GSTR-2, GSTR3B, GSTR 3, GST ITC-4 , GSTR 6 and details for Annual return GSTR 9 and 9C etc. for Mehsana and Sales Unit at Pune location - Timely Review and Acceptance of GSTR2A. - Preparation and Filing of GST refund on a monthly/Quarterly basis - Timely payment of GST Liability on Sales, under Reverse Charge or any other account. - Technical guidance to business on as & when basis. - Others like aligning with Accounts for tax related GL reconciliation, contingent liability etc. - Handling Internal and External Audit / Queries under Indirect Taxation and EXIM (Pre and Post GST Period) like CERA, EA 2000, VAT assessment etc - Handling Compliance under Customs & FTP. This would include: - Providing Technical guidance on any issue of Customs/DGFT to cross function on as & when basis. - Drafting Replies to the Queries Raised by the Customs/DGFT on any matter of law and operations after discussing with indirect tax consultant. - Providing Contingent Liability working on account of Advance, EPCG or any show cause/ demand notices to the internal/Statutory Auditor - Handling Exceptions, Incentives available under GST, Customs and FTP. Arranging documents required Claiming MEIS / RoDTEP Incentive Scrip, Duty Drawback under Brand Rate Fixation, benefits under EPCG & AA etc. - Relationship building with all authorities at GST Range, Division, Commissionerate, DGFT, Customs etc. - Exploring the other exemption and benefits available under various laws. - Support business for all the amendments/benefits etc. under existing indirect tax laws or any other new laws as and when applicable Candidate Profile : - Qualified Chartered Accountant - This is a diversity position, hence we are looking for a Female candidate - Should have good experience in Indirect Tax & Exim - Someone who can join at the earliest
