We're Hiring: Indirect Tax Manager - Gurugram

BNC is hiring for one of its esteemed manufacturing clients!

We are looking for an experienced Indirect Tax Professional with strong expertise in GST, Customs, Foreign Trade Policy, and Indirect Tax Compliance. Candidates from the Manufacturing Industry with a proven track record of managing end-to-end indirect tax functions are highly preferred.

Location: Gurugram

Position: Indirect Tax Manager (Sr. Manager / AGM)

Qualification: CA / CMA

Experience: 8-10 Years (only from Manufacturing Industry)

Key Achievements:

- Successfully managed end-to-end GST compliance and statutory filings

- Optimized Input Tax Credit (ITC) and GST refund processes

- Handled GST audits, investigations, assessments, and litigation matters

- Ensured timely compliance with Customs & Foreign Trade Policy regulations

- Collaborated with auditors, consultants, and government authorities for seamless tax management.

Key Requirements:

- CA / CMA qualification with 810 years of relevant experience in Indirect Tax within the Manufacturing Industry

- Strong knowledge of GST, Customs, Foreign Trade Policy & other Indirect Tax laws

- Experience in GST return filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-6, ITC-04, GSTR-9 & 9C)

- Expertise in handling tax notices, assessments, and appellate proceedings
