Manager - Indirect Tax - CA

Hiring Qualified Chartered Accountant for Leading "CA Firms" in Mumbai.

Job Description :

- Preparation, verification and review of periodic GST tax returns of clients and ensure filing of the same within prescribed due dates.

- GST advisory for various sectors and clients on operational queries.

- Handle PAN India GST compliances of large corporate clients.

- Coordination with clients and local associates for PAN India GST Compliances.

- Assist in drafting of opinions/advice note and replies to notices including show cause notices under GST.

- Assist and Handle GST department audits for various clients.

- Prepare summaries of assessment orders.

- Prepare Facts of Case and Grounds of appeals for filing various appeals.

- Prepare monthly GST updates and write ups on GST for newsletters etc.

- Communicate effectively both verbal and through emails with large corporate clients.

- Ability to delegate work and train junior team members.

- Handle a team of 3-4 people.

- Focus on achieving desired output on each assignment in specified timelines.

- To keep update of various case laws, statutory changes.

Required Experience:

- Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA).

- Experience: 2 to 5+ years of experience in Indirect Tax.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

- Consultancy Background is preferable.

- Core work profile of Indirect Taxation & has experience of litigation work too, able to guide team members (if required) & clients;.

- Immediate joiners preferred on priority.
