Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced consulting professional with expertise in Inclusive Finance, Financial Inclusion, MSME Finance, Development Finance, Access to Credit, and Government/Development Advisory. The role involves leading consulting engagements, managing client relationships, conducting research and impact assessments, and working with governments, financial institutions, multilateral agencies, and donor organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements in Inclusive Finance and Development Advisory.
- Manage projects related to Financial Inclusion, MSME Finance, Access to Credit, Rural Finance, Digital Financial Services, Agricultural Finance, and Livelihood Finance.
- Conduct primary & secondary research, market assessments, policy evaluations, financial sector diagnostics, and impact assessments.
- Design Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) frameworks and prepare high-quality reports, strategy papers, policy documents, and presentations.
- Engage with Central & State Governments, Regulators, Banks, DFIs, Multilateral Agencies, and Donor Organizations.
- Lead stakeholder consultations, workshops, surveys, and field research.
- Manage consulting teams, mentor junior members, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Support business development by preparing EOI's, technical proposals, bid documents, and client presentations.
Educational Qualification:
- Postgraduate degree-MBA in Finance, Economics, Public Policy, Management, Development Studies, Rural Management, Banking & Financial Services, International Development, or a related field.
- Certifications in M&E, Development Finance, Project Management, Data Analytics, or Financial Inclusion are an added advantage.
