- As a HR Manager professional to lead and manage HR initiatives for the Engineering vertical of a leading client in the TMT industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong operational capabilities to support talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement for a highly technical workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Business Partnering: Collaborate with engineering leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Drive recruitment efforts for engineering roles and ensure seamless onboarding.
- Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems tailored to technical teams.
- Employee Engagement: Design and execute engagement programs to foster a high-performance culture.
- Learning & Development: Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs for technical - upskilling.
- HR Operations: Ensure compliance with HR policies, manage HRIS data, and support payroll coordination.
- Workforce Planning: Analyze workforce metrics and support succession planning.
- Policy Implementation: Roll out HR policies and ensure adherence across engineering teams.
Must Have:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
- 6-10 years of HR experience, preferably in engineering or technical domains.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed organization is a plus.
