Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Manager specializing in Talent Acquisition and Operations located in Bengaluru.

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies, and streamlining HR operations.

Daily tasks include sourcing and interviewing candidates, managing employee lifecycle activities, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.

Additionally, the HR Manager will collaborate closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and support the growth and development of all employees.

Talent Acquisition Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies and talent acquisition plans for both internal teams and customer/client openings, including forecasting staffing needs.

- Establish strong relationships with hiring managers, departmental leaders, and external partners to support hiring objectives.

- Coordinate and manage job postings, targeted advertising campaigns, and candidate sourcing activities across multiple channels (job boards, social media, professional networks).

- Oversee full life-cycle recruitment: screening resumes, conducting interviews, shortlisting, reference/background checks, offer negotiations, and onboarding.

- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for both permanent and contingent workforce needs, including campus recruitment and external agency partnerships.

- Lead employer branding initiatives and represent the organization at job fairs, career events, and professional forums.

Operations & HR Management:

- Oversee daily HR operations including employee relations, compliance, payroll coordination, and benefits administration for both in-house and external staff.

- Ensure process compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policies for all recruitment and HR operations.

- Track and analyze recruitment metrics, hiring trends, and operations data to drive process improvements and informed decision-making.

- Conduct continuous process improvement and optimize recruitment workflows, onboarding procedures, and system utilization (e.g., applicant tracking, HRIS, CRM).

- Manage vendor relationships for background checks, assessments, and contingent laborensuring contracts, SLAs, and service quality standards are met.

- Coordinate closely with talent acquisition, onboarding teams, and training departments to ensure seamless integration and employee experience.

- Provide functional guidance, mentoring, and leadership to recruitment and HR operations staff.

- Prepare, submit, and present reports on hiring effectiveness, process efficiency, and operational outcomes to senior management.

Additional Strategic Duties:

- Partner with Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) and branding teams to promote employer brand and outreach programs.

- Serve as the escalation point-of-contact for compliance, process, and system-related issues within recruitment/operations.

- Monitor and drive improvements to the employee referral, contingent workforce, and onboarding programs.

- Lead special projects relating to HR transformation, recruitment technology upgrades, and organizational change initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Experience in Talent Acquisition, Sourcing, and Interviewing.

- Knowledge of HR Policies, Compliance, and HR Operations.

- Strong skills in Employee Lifecycle Management and Performance Reviews.

- Experience in Developing and Implementing Talent Acquisition Strategies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- Experience in the technology or consulting industry is a plus.
