We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist. The role involves managing a broad range of HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, payroll coordination, and HR operations to ensure smooth and efficient HR processes across the organization both for India & UK region
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer rollout.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
- Maintain candidate databases and track hiring metrics.
2. Employee Engagement & Welfare:
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Address employee queries and grievances with empathy and confidentiality.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
3. Performance Management:
- Support performance appraisal cycles and feedback sessions.
- Track goal-setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
4. HR Operations & Compliance:
- Maintain and update employee records (HRMS, attendance, leave, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with statutory and labor laws.
- Manage exit formalities and offboarding process.
