Description:

Overview: HR Manager Plant / Factory HR.

- Industry: Retail Apparel / Garment Manufacturing.

- Location: Gurgaon & Noida.

- Experience: Minimum 9 Years.

- Background Required: Manufacturing (Retail Apparel preferred).

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager (Plant / Factory HR) from a manufacturing background, preferably within the retail apparel / garment industry, to manage end-to-end HR operations at the factory/plant level.

Responsibilities:

- Learning & Development (L&D) and Organizational Development (OD) Governance.

- Design, implement, and track major focused L&D initiatives.

- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define governance plans.

- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of various programs and interventions.

Performance Management:

- Partner with managers and employees to identify and address performance-related issues.

- Support managers in implementing corrective actions, including Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) and disciplinary measures.

- Identify process and capability gaps to enhance alignment, manpower productivity, and overall efficiency.

Employee Engagement:

- Plan and execute engagement activities across all employee levels.

- Identify early signs of disengagement and implement preventive measures.

- Conduct skip-level meetings and other feedback-collection initiatives to gauge employee sentiment.

Employee Grievance Handling:

- Facilitate the grievance management process and ensure timely resolution.

- Develop sustainable solutions to recurring employee concerns.

- Ensure fairness, transparency, and adherence to company policies in all interventions.

III. Key Talent Infusion & Acquisition:

- Lead end-to-end hiring for all positions as per business requirements.

- Identify critical talent gaps and take proactive steps to bring in key talent.

- Support talent management actions to build a strong and future-ready workforce.

Qualifications:

- 9+ years of progressive HR experience.

- MBA in Human Resources (Full-Time) from a recognized institution.

- Proficiency in Data Management and Analysis.

- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.

- Strong Professional Persistence & Accountability.

- Effective Stakeholder Management and influencing capability.
