Position: HR Manager Location: Bengaluru, India Experience Required: 6- 10 years Qualification: Graduate/ Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline Reports to: Head of Operations/ HR Manager - Dubai HQ Industry: Real Estate / Construction Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.: Role Overview: The HR & Administration Manager will be responsible for driving the people agenda and managing end- to- end administrative functions for the Bengaluru office. This position blends strategic HR leadership with hands- on operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while fostering a positive and compliant workplace. Key Responsibilities: - Formulate and implement HR policies and frameworks in line with Indian labour regulations and company objectives. - Manage the complete recruitment, onboarding, and induction lifecycle. - Lead performance management processes, employee engagement, and grievance handling. - Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits administration. - Maintain a safe, efficient, and compliant workplace environment. Requirements: - Bachelor's/ Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. - 8- 10 years of overall HR experience with minimum 4 years in a leadership/ managerial capacity. - Strong understanding of Indian employment laws and HR best practices. - Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.
