About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Manager - HR to join a leading global pharmaceutical MNC based in Bangalore. This is a high-impact individual contributor role responsible for shaping and delivering strategic HR initiatives in the areas of employee engagement, communication, talent management, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities - Employee Engagement & Communication: Design and drive initiatives to foster a high-performance, inclusive, and engaging work environment. - Talent Management: Support leadership in developing talent frameworks, capability building, and succession planning initiatives. - Policy Development: Review, design, and implement progressive HR policies aligned with global and local standards. - Employer Branding & Culture: Drive initiatives such as Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification and related cultural transformation programs. - HR Operations: Streamline and improve HR processes ensuring compliance, accuracy, and effectiveness. - Data & Analytics: Leverage data for insights, dashboards, and strategic decision-making across HR initiatives. - Presentation & Reporting: Prepare executive presentations and reports for internal stakeholders including leadership reviews. Qualifications & Skills - Experience: 4 to 6 years in core HR roles, preferably in an MNC or fast-paced environments. Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or related fields from a reputed institute.
