
About the Role:
We're looking for a high-performing HR Manager to lead People & Culture for our India operations. This role is a blend of strategy and hands-on execution - perfect for someone who loves building strong teams, clean processes, and a great employee experience.
What You'll Do:
- Act as the primary HR partner for the India leadership
- Lead HR operations, compliance, payroll coordination, and Zoho HRIS management
- Drive culture, engagement, and employee relations policy-driven, fairness, and empathy
- Lead performance management, onboarding, and development programs
- Build HR dashboards, automate reports, and analyze trends. Provide data-driven insights to flag risks, influence decisions, and drive improvements..
- Ensure statutory compliance across Bangalore & Gurgaon offices
- Perform all HR Ops-related activities
What We're Looking For:
- 6-10 years of experience as HR Manager, with at least 2+ years leading a team.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor law & multi-location HR operations
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate independently, think strategically, and execute with precision
- Mandatory: Exceptional data skills (dashboards, automation, analytics)
- Experience with Zoho or similar HR systems
