We are seeking a qualified HR Manager to lead and enhance the human resources functions within our organization. This role requires strong experience working within shared services environments, managing centralized support functions, and ensuring end-to-end operational continuity across HR, payroll, administration, employee services and compliance.
- Standardize and streamline HR operations and backend processes.
- Ensure policy alignment, statutory adherence, and accurate HR documentation.
- Oversee compliance with labour laws and manage statutory filings and audits.
- Govern payroll accuracy, benefits, settlements, and risk controls.
- Manage daily business operations across admin, facilities, and compliance.
- Oversee recruitment governance, manpower planning, and performance processes.
- Drive internal controls, audits, risk mitigation, and leadership reporting.
- Strong knowledge of statutory labour laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices
- Demonstrated success in strengthening HR governance, payroll controls, and statutory compliance
