Role Purpose:
The role will act as a Corporate HR Business Partner for corporate and enabling functions while also leading Talent Acquisition initiatives, including leadership hiring, workforce planning, and building strong talent pipelines for critical roles.
Corporate HR Business Partnering:
- Partner with leadership teams across corporate and enabling functions (Finance, Strategy, HR, Legal, IT, Procurement, etc.)
- Drive HR strategies aligned with business priorities
- Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and capability building
- Support leadership in creating a high-performance culture
Talent Acquisition & Leadership Hiring:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and strategic roles
- Drive leadership and niche hiring across functions
- Collaborate with business heads to define role charters and hiring strategies
- Manage search firms, consultants, and recruitment partners
- Strengthen employer branding and improve candidate experience
- Track recruitment metrics and improve time-to-hire and quality-of-hire
Talent Management & Employee Lifecycle:
- Support performance management and goal-setting processes
- Drive employee engagement initiatives across corporate teams
- Manage onboarding, integration, and retention strategies
- Handle employee relations and HR advisory support
Learning & Capability Development:
- Identify skill gaps and work with L&D to drive capability development
- Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives
- Promote a continuous learning culture
HR Governance & Projects:
- Ensure implementation of HR policies, processes, and compliance
- Work on HR transformation and strategic HR projects
- Provide insights through HR analytics and reporting
Candidate Profile:
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institute
- 6-10 years of experience in Corporate HR / HRBP / Talent Acquisition
- Strong experience in leadership hiring and stakeholder management
- Exposure to large or matrix organizations preferred
- Strong communication and business partnering skills
