Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition (TA)
- Drive annual and quarterly manpower planning with business leaders.
- Lead the full recruitment cycle for staff and managerial positions.
- Develop and manage partnerships with agencies, colleges, training institutes and apprenticeship programs.
- Ensure effective screening, competency-based interviewing and cultural fit evaluation.
- Oversee offer finalization, onboarding and induction experience.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, hiring SLAs, and efficiency metrics.
2. Talent Management (TM)
- Maintain updated organization structure, role clarity and internal career paths.
- Support succession planning for critical and emerging leadership roles.
- Manage Internal Job Posting (IJP) framework and cross-functional movement.
- Maintain skill inventories and workforce capability analytics.
3. Performance Management System (PMS)
- Design, refine, and roll out the Performance Management framework, including goal-setting methodology, review structure, and evaluation tools.
- Interpret performance outcomes and recommend improvement or talent actions.
- Lead Confirmation and annual performance appraisal cycles across business units.
- Conduct goal-setting workshops to ensure KPI alignment with business outcomes.
- Facilitate performance calibration discussions to ensure fairness and meritocracy.
- Train managers and employees on PMS process, tools, and feedback practices.
- Provide guidance on performance improvement plans, upskilling and rewards.
4. Learning & Development (L&D)
- Conduct Training Needs Identification (TNI) with business/function heads.
- Prepare and execute annual training calendar for Factory, FMCG, Caf and Corporate teams.
- Identify external trainers/vendors and manage budget allocations.
- Conduct internal training sessions where relevant (HR Policies, soft skills, leadership basics).
- Evaluate learning effectiveness and track capability development progress.
5. HR Operations, Culture & Employee Experience
- Ensure HR policy adherence and support change communication across units.
- Partner with leaders to build a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate employee engagement and recognition initiatives.
- Lead structured employee communication to ensure clarity, transparency, and a positive workplace environment.
