Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee the full spectrum of human resources functions at our dealership and plant. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in core HR operations, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including Payroll, Recruitment, Employee Engagement, and Training & Development.
- Ensure statutory compliance with labour laws, including PF, ESI, and other applicable regulations.
- Handle manpower planning and execute recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
- Conduct employee induction, onboarding, and continuous learning programs.
- Oversee and maintain personnel hygiene, welfare, and workplace safety, including coordination with security, fire, and safety teams.
- Build and sustain positive employee relations, addressing grievances in coordination with line managers.
- Facilitate and execute disciplinary actions in line with company policies.
- Maintain HR records, prepare reports, and ensure adherence to HR policies and best practices.
Qualifications & Experience :
Education: B.Com / MBA / Any Graduate (HR specialization preferred).
Experience: 4-6 years of experience in core HR functions within the automobile or manufacturing industry.
- Sound knowledge of statutory compliance and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
